The practice’s closing times are generally based on the NRW school holidays. The practice is closed during the periods listed below. The list is constantly being expanded. The holiday times for summer, autumn and Christmas have not yet been determined.
Easter break 2025
Closed from April 14, 2025, to April 25, 2025, inclusive.
Holidays in May and June 2025
As you may have noticed, there are many holidays in Germany in spring and early summer. The practice is closed on the following public holidays:
- Thursday, May 1, 2025 (Labor Day)
- Thursday, May 29, 2025 (Ascension Day)
- Monday, June 9, 2025 (Whit Monday)
- Thursday, June 29, 2025 (Corpus Christi)
During closing times (vacation and public holidays) the following applies:
- There are no regular group or individual sessions.
- Regular weekly telephone consultation hours do not take place.
- I only read emails irregularly and only respond to urgent matters from patients who are already under my care.
- I will process inquiries, new appointments, and non-urgent matters upon my return to the practice after my vacation and will endeavor to process all incoming requests promptly.
Accessibility in emergencies and crises
For patients already under my care, individual appointments (in person or video consultation) or phone calls can be arranged in crises and emergencies. Individual arrangements apply; if you are unsure, please send me an email and write „Urgent“ in the subject line.
If you are not yet under my care, please contact your general practitioner, the nearest psychiatric emergency department or the medical emergency service on 116 117 in the event of a crisis or emergency.
